Shipping & returns
Plain rules, written without legalese. The short version: we want the prints to arrive well, and we'll fix it if they don't.
Shipping
Prints leave the studio within two working days, rolled in a rigid mailing tube wrapped in acid-free paper. Standard delivery across metros lands in 3–5 days; the rest of India in 5–7.
International shipping is paused for now. We'll re-open it once we're happy with how the prints survive the journey.
Damaged prints
If a print arrives damaged, send a photo within seven days of delivery. We'll reprint and reship it at no cost.
Returns
Every poster is printed to order, so we can't take back prints that arrive in good condition. If something is wrong with your order, write to us and we'll make it right.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the studio.
